WHAT IS HEALING

Do you wonder sometimes how you can heal yourself from emotional triggers and painful past memories? 

There are five conditions to complete healing.

To heal yourself you need to be able to follow and complete each step.

1. Being openminded and able to face the truth about your flaws or decisions. If you think that you are always right, perfect, and know it all already then there is no need to seek for healing.
2. Being willing to take responsibility for your life and where you are at the present moment. Even when going through victimizing circunstances seeking the meaning of those events will end the perception of being a victim. The victim state is a trap to exile you from any possibility of self-liberation. All healing is Self-healing so the effect of healing is always empowering. 
3. Forgive yourself and everybody involved in the situation that needs to be improved. Resentment and guilt are poison to the heart. Forgiveness is the only way out of emotional suffering.
4.  “Let go let God” attitude: Let go of the need to be right. Accept what is. Let go of all resistance, including self-judgment. Remember that “where your attention goes, energy flows”: what you think is what you have drawn into your life. Loving thoughts will bring loving experiences, etc.
5. Faith and Gratitude: To receive the grace of healing you need to believe in your ability to co-create with the Divine. With a heart full of gratitude, you can manifest miracles.

Infuse all your senses with full confidence, faith, trust andjoy to receive and redesign your experience of wealth including health, loving relationships, abundance, success,  financial  prosperity, creativity, peace and harmony.

As you can see, it may not be easy for you to complete the five steps on your own, that is when working with a healer/coach could be speeding your healing journey.

What is a Healer?

A healer is a link, guide, and hand stretched out in your direction to lift you where you can breathe better, see clearly and believe in the manifestation of your heart’s desires through empowerment. Healing is not a “bandage therapy”. The final step always has to be yours to take. Only you can accept the Vital Energyin your body, mind and soul. Free will gives you the choice to follow the light of humility and forgiveness or remain in the dark unconscious levels of guilt, blame, judgment, and lack of faith.

Jesus for example (the master healer) never said: “I healed you!” He said: “Go, your Faith saved you!” He was a teacher, not an enabler.

I joyfully welcome the Light and Love of the Divine every day in every way as my source of guidance, wisdom, truth and power.

My compassionate heart and inspired soul are eternally grateful for the gifts of life.

I experience Peace in the present moment as the key to Heaven for Eternity.
